This Magelis STO small touchscreen operator interface (HMI) is supplied with 12V to 24V DC, has a 4.3″ color TFT LCD display with, 480 x 272 pixels and 26MB EPROM. It also has 1 host + 1 mini-B USB ports and 1 RS232C / RS485 port. It is ideal for optimized information and communication with automation systems in industry and infrastructure such as compact machines, handling systems, food & beverage machines and pharmaceutical industry. The screen displays color graphic pages. Its RS485 host port makes it ideal to supervise and control simple systems and machines.

The screen displays graphic pages with monochrome screen. Thanks to its fixing with a 22mm diameter hole, no panel rectangular cut-out is required. Its RS485 host port makes it ideal to supervise and control simple systems and machines.’

Description

The touch panel screen features 5.7inch TFT color display, supports 320 x 240 pixels QVGA resolution. It is equipped with 1 USB 2.0 type mini B, 1 USB 2.0 type A, removable screw terminal block for power supply and COM1 serial link (female RJ45, RS232C/RS485 integrated). The screen supports Japanese (ANK, Kanji), Chinese (simplified Chinese), Taiwanese (traditional Chinese), Korean and ASCII character fonts. This touch panel screen has 65536 colors with 50,000 hours of backlight lifespan. It is an IP20/IP65 and NEMA 4X rated product. The enclosure is made of PC/PBT and PPA. Its dimensions are 163mm (width) x 56.5mm (depth) x 129.15mm (height). It is suitable for simple machines and infrastructure applications. This product is certified by CULus, C-Tick, UL class 1 Div2 T4A or T5 and Marine. It meets IEC 61000-6-2, UL 508, UL 1604, EN 61131-2 and FCC Class A standards. Harmony STO (fromerly known as Magelis STO) is powered by the EcoStruxure operator terminal expert and STU (fromerly known as Magelis STU) is powered by Vijeo Designer.
